Preparing to Float

Floating (REST) is the easiest thing you will ever do

Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
Avoid shaving a minimum of four hours prior to floating.
Stay hydrated.
Hair coloring needs to be “set” before coming in for your float. This is usually 3 days post coloring or when your shower water runs complexly clear.
Avoid caffeine for at least 4 hours before your float for the best possible relaxation experience.
Eat a light meal or snack 2 hours prior to floating so that your stomach isn’t grumbling while you float
Wear comfortable clothes.
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, q-tips, flip flops, towels, bath robes, ear plugs, a hair dryer if you need any items besides these you might want to bring them along with you.
Floating in the buff is the best. Each room has its own shower.
Avoid alcohol the day of your float. Those under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to float.
If you wear contacts, bring your lense case, you’ll want to take your contacts out before floating.
Avoid smoking 3 hours prior to your float.

What’s the Process

What you will experience when you walk into your first float session.

There is no need to bring anything but YOU for your float appointment

Upon arrival you will be checked in, then taken to your private dressing room

Once in the dressing you will put on your plush robe and slippers

You will then be taken to the Rejuvenation Room where you will begin to relax with a lavish session in our Zero Gravity Massage Chairs

Once your massage chair session is complete you are taken to your float suite

Your float consultant will give you an orientation of the float room

You will shower, pre-float, in our amazing spa rain shower

iSofloat provides 100% natural lavender bath products for your shower

Once you have showered you step into your salty oasis and enjoy your session

At the end of your session you will shower in our amazing showers again to remove the salt

Post float we encourage you to enjoy your “Post-Float Bliss” in the Rejuvenation Room with our delightful herbal and tell us about your float with a few words in the journal

When you are ready you can make your way back to your dressing room to change and take on the rest of the day with your recharged self!
